Problems loading

I loaded the game and started playing, two things hit me right away, the cue ball control would not work. If I tapped the icon it would flash on the screen for a second then disappear. I tried holding the icon down and adjusting with my other hand but that did not work either. I see other players using English so I know it works for some. Also the chat screen, when I press it the screen just gets grayed out and the few games, the game starts and then I get booted out of the game entirely and back to home screen. I like the game t not the frustration, can you help.
